Is God your go-to? I think we all have that person we go to when we need to VENT—life is hard! We all have our moments. But no matter how great your go-to person’s advice may be, that person can NOT see your future. That person did NOT create you. That person did NOT die, because they thought YOU were worth fighting for. Jesus did. Wouldn’t it make sense, then, that Jesus should be our go-to? Stop thinking he’s going to judge you for all of your shortcomings. He’s here to love and comfort us. He knows we are weak. Why do you think he died for us? We can’t come to salvation or peace or joy WITHOUT HIM! So get OFF the phone and get ON your knees to pray, girl. His arms are wide open, waiting to give you a hug.
